This meeting request is submitted at the recommendation of Dr. Nadia Escobar Salinas, Head of the National Tuberculosis Program.<br /> <br /> IntelliGenome, Inc. would like to present CRISPRTB, a bloodbased molecular diagnostic test for tuberculosis that detects Mycobacterium tuberculosis cellfree DNA in plasma.<br /> <br /> The purpose of the meeting is to<br /> 1. Present the scientific and clinical evidence supporting CRISPRTB, including published studies and current regulatory approvals.<br /> 2. Discuss the potential role of bloodbased tuberculosis testing in addressing diagnostic challenges in Chile, particularly for extrapulmonary tuberculosis, pediatric tuberculosis, and patients unable to produce sputum.<br /> 3. Share ongoing clinical and implementation activities in Latin America, including regulatory approvals obtained in Peru and Colombia.<br /> 4. Explore opportunities for scientific collaboration and clinical evaluation of CRISPRTB within Chile.<br /> 5.
